Xiongan Industrial Design Institute consists of three spaces: three-storey red building+yard+two-storey black building. On the first floor of the black building you can find a guest room, tea house and a restaurant; the second floor is the dormitory. The three-stories red building is the office with 1,600 square km avaiable for 50-60 staff working there; the showroom is on the first floor, the design institute on the second floor, and design studio on the third floor.
